Under supervision of the Director of Operations, Technology and Founding Director, the Warehouse Clerk performs work relating to school asset inventory; performs tasks related to establishing, maintaining, and reconciling asset inventory records; assigns and attaches identification numbers to property subject to control; checks-in/out school materials/resources to authorized employees; conducts physical inventories and performs other related duties as required, will perform a combination of clerical duties for the booking, processing, shipping, and receipt of books and/or classroom materials to school sites.

Must possess a valid California driver's license and have reliable transportation. Graduation from high school or equivalent. Some college desired. Two years of increasingly responsible experience related to inventory or financial record keeping TB Clearance Obtain Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance through the DOJ and FBI Pass a work styles/behavior survey
