This is a combination of office-type work as well as warehouse activities. This can be a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment when in the warehouse. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in those conditions.
We are looking for someone who:
* Will respond to customer communication and handle customer or product needs or requests with a courteous, customer-service oriented attitude.
* Receive and process customer orders and invoices on a daily basis.
* Participate in warehouse-related activities as needed, including, but not limited to, completing production orders, inventory control, pulling and staging product for customer pickup and load, loading and unloading, and light assembly as needed.
* Will be responsible for cash and check handling, daily receipts, bank statements, purchase order receipts, and transfers for inventory.
* Maintain customer files, pricing, and provide product quotes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* One year prior office administrative experience or related experience, with an emphasis on customer service.
* One year of warehouse experience preferred.
* Ability to learn product and work under pressure.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
* Demonstrated history of steady employment
* Strong PC skills (various software applications).
The Details:
This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $24.50-26.50 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Addition compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
