Job Title: Warehouse Cooler D ShiftJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Cooler D Shift employee to join our team. This role is critical for our UHT Distribution Center, ensuring timely packaging and shipment of products to our customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and doesn't mind working in cold temperatures of 34 degrees.ResponsibilitiesExecute warehouse department orders and package shipments.Load and unload material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.Pull stacks of product from refrigerated trailers and/or pallets.Load stacks of product onto refrigerated route trucks.Maintain a clean load out dock.Complete varied tasks with quality and timeliness.Follow all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs, and Quality standards.Effectively utilize time to prioritize demands and achieve results.Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively.Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities as needed.Show proficiency in essential tasks and a willingness to learn.Perform other duties as assigned or required.Essential SkillsAbility to stand for 12 hours.Ability to lift 50+ lbs non-stop.Experience in warehouse operations, packing, inventory, production, general labor, and loading.Why Work Here?This is a great opportunity to establish yourself in a secure company with a 75+ year history of success.
