Job Purpose: The Warehouse Coordinator you will embody our company's values by organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse and inventory, delivering exceptional customer service. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr. (based on experience, skill set, etc.) + UNCAPPED Parts Counter Incentive ProgramShift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday)Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 5:59 a.m. and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.Working Arrangement: On-site (100%)Hiring Manager: Sean MalikWhat's the Manager Like?Sean is easy to talk to and very patient.He has an open-door policy and helps his employees advance in their careers.Interview process: 2 interviews at the most (depending on if a recruiter is asked to conduct a phone interview or not).# of openings: 1Time Frame to Fill: As soon as we find the right candidate for the job, and someone who fits in with our Bolingbrook team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
• Unpack, check-in, count, verify and scan barcodes on all received freight.
• Stock parts shelves in correct fashion; making sure parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
• Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances.
• Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Pull orders from shelves and complete shipping paperwork.
• Maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units.
• Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries.
• Package and ship core returns as needed.
• Deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
