JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse. Will maintain the organization's inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Restocks supplies and inventory; places orders as needed.
• Maintains daily restocking of van inventory bins
• Cleans and organizes company vehicles.
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of product as needed.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Performs general maintenance and upkeep of all facilities
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and background check with a clean record.
  • Ability to work on call and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
