Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, handling daily inquiries.
• Create and manage shipments using commercial and government transportation systems.
• Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and well-maintained.
• Provide administrative support for supply chain and logistics teams.
• Mentor and train team members on freight processes.
• Maintain and update reports, metrics, and records to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively address shipment delays or issues, escalating as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with transportation management, including carrier/broker services.
• Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
