- Maintain shipping schedule up to date and email to appropriate distribution list.
- Hand out work orders to team members for staging and shipping of orders.
- Scan all paperwork and keep in orderly fashion on the computer.
- Ensure efficient operation of shipping and receiving product to customer while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Schedule trucks with carriers
- Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in shipping area.
- Practice proper safety techniques.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma Minimum-Some college or a degree preferred
- Organizational Skills
- Prior experience in Shipping & Receiving or prior inventory experience preferred.
- Computer Proficiency
- 2-5 Years Working in a Warehouse Environment
- Data Entry Skills: Accurate entry of inventory details into tracking systems and databases.
