KCM Canada is Hiring a Warehouse CoordinatorKenneth Copeland Ministries Canada's Operations Team is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator.At KCM, we seek to hire people who reflect the mission and heart of our ministry. The successful candidate is a motivated and organized individual who cares about reaching people with the Word of God.Reports to the Operations Manager. Responsible for preparing and posting outgoing mail and receiving all deliveries and shipments. Responsible for the duplication of MOD (Made On Demand) products such as CDs, DVDs and MP3s. Effectively manages the warehouse in regards to organization, cleanliness and the supply of shipping materials. This position will also assist in facility and property maintenance including but not limited to the following: landscaping, cleaning, equipment upkeep and general maintenance.This position is not a remote job. You will be required to work onsite. If you live outside BC, you will need to be willing to move closer to the office in Langley, BC.Job Requirements:Strong attention to detailsGeneral computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOrganizational skillsExcellent physical conditionGood problem solvingSome understanding of packaging and shippingStrong working knowledge of a warehouse environmentAbility to work on your own with limited supervisionStrong technical aptitude in relation to CD/DVD duplication and mailing machinesStrong customer service skills - both in serving KCM Partners and working with vendorsSkills and Abilities Required:Good planning/prioritization skills and time managementGood problem-solving/decision-making skills, able to anticipate the implications of decisionsExcellent team playerHigh standard of excellence & principlesDriven by the desire to add value to the Partners and to Kenneth Copeland MinistriesCreative: always looking for better ways of doing thingsSelf-initiates recommendations for improvementMaintains the highest levels of confidentiality at all timesAble to lift 40+ lbs and work standing up for extended periods of timeGood computer system skills including using email, CRM software, Microsoft Office and other inventory and ordering systemsAble to operate motorized equipment such as a forklift and a skid-steer loaderDaily print packing slips for orders generated through the Inventory SystemAccurately pick and pack product ordersShip product orders through the Canada Post software systemMinistry objective of 48-hour shipment fulfillment turnaround is requiredKeep a clean and organized WarehouseUse the warehouse systems in place for organizing overstock and pick areasReceive product shipments and place stock into appropriate warehouse locationsMaintain proper stock levels, with the assistance of the Inventory Coordinator, for upcoming promotionsWork with Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory is accurate through cycle count checksDuplicate CDs and DVDs - manage raw material stockFold, stuff and post monthly letters using commercial mailing machinesAssist with landscaping and building maintenance by performing hands-on tasks and by working with contractors under the direction of the Operations ManagerAttend to other general building maintenance items as neededParticipate in staff devotions which involves reading from the Bible, praying in a group setting and being a part of Bible-based discussions.Pick up supplies and drop off parcels, mail and bank depositsOther Considerations:Familiar with Kenneth Copeland Ministries and what we doPersonal values aligned with KCM values, vision and mission statementCurrent and clean class 5 BC driver's license, class 4 preferred.This opportunity is for those located in (or willing to relocate to) Langley, BC, Canada.Pay and BenefitsAt KCM, we focus on providing a work environment that develops our team members as believers, employees and individuals.We offer competitive wages in a fun, uplifting faith environment.After a probationary period, you will have access to full benefits including extended health and dental coverage.About KCM CanadaWe have been ministering the gospel in Canada for over 48 years, teaching Christians how to apply the principles of faith found in God's Word.
