Warehouse Lead - Delivery Driver - Heavy-Duty Truck Parts - Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Key Warehouse Lead - Delivery Driver Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the day-to-day warehouse operations to include planning and directing distribution activities and deliveries
  • Work towards continuous improvement to increase the efficiency of the warehouse operation
  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders as needed
  • Assist in receiving inventory and inventory control activities, including physical and cycle counts
  • Track distribution and maintenance records
  • Provide support in resolving customer or team issues as they arise
  • Track general expenses of in/out freight and truck maintenance records.
  • Organize and coordinate deliveries
  • Dispatch delivery trucks to local customer locations and/or other TruckPro stores.
  • Ensure that all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules
  • Assist with monitoring and reconciling brake core returns
  • Manage the returns process for parts returning to the store and the manufacturer
  • Promote a safe and organized work environment

Successful Warehouse Lead - Delivery Driver Candidates Will Have:

  • One year of related Warehouse or Distribution Lead experience required
  • Experience working as a Route Delivery driver
  • Experience dispatching local deliveries
  • Excellent communication (oral & written)
  • Customer service mindset
  • Teamwork orientation
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50+lbs
  • Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.)
  • Heavy-duty truck or automotive parts knowledge, preferred
