The Warehouse Equipment Manager is responsible for planning and completion of all maintenance, preventative maintenance, and procuring of equipment and parts inventory. They will monitor the repair and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and track costs and expenses against budget. This position will also actively diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.Apply today and earn your slice of this 100% Employee Owned Company!   • 3 years in maintenance management dealing with equipment fleets such as forklifts, high lifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, etc.
  • Must be familiar with OSHA regulations regarding the operation of a forklift, clamp truck and all other related power equipment.
  • Must possess the ability to be focused on observing proper operating procedures and safety practices.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of battery-powered, material-handling equipment
  • Must possess the ability to carry heavy objects, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl to be able to move certain materials that cannot be moved with power equipment.
  • Must be able to work around fumes, odors, chemicals and/or loud noises.
  • Must have effective communication, decision-making, problem solving, time management and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check and drug test (THC does not disqualify you).
