The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse while maintaining high safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.

Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and organize products for shipment; verify the quantity and quality of goods against orders.

Order Fulfillment: Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring the correct items are handled and shipped according to the order specifications.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and system entries related to inventory movements, including shipping and receiving logs.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse procedures; report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification with demonstrated experience operating stand-up forklifts.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment, with a focus on stand-up forklift operation.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and completing documentation.
