Exercise some judgment to comply with instructions and established procedures in the receipt, storage, and shipping of food, equipment, cleaning supplies, and other materials. Education and Experience High school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience. SU experience is preferred. If unavailable, at least one year of experience in shipping/receiving, or storeroom work. Two years of general food service experience may be substituted for one year of shipping/receiving or storeroom experience.
