**Warehouse Inventory Control Associate, Starting at 16.50/Hour**

at Sunbasket Westampton, New Jersey * 1st Shift Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr based on experience.

* 1st Shift Schedule: 5:30am-2:30pm, scheduled days vary per business needs.

* 2nd Shift Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr based on experience.

* 2nd Shift Schedule: 3:00pm- 11:30pm, scheduled days vary per business needs.

* Approximately 40 hours per week.

* Some overtime may be required.

* **Weekend availability is required.**

* Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balancesby executing proper storage, FEFO, movement, consumption, output, and counting processes.

* Responsible for ensuring that physical inventory counts are aligned with the ERP system in the assigned area (Navision).

* Responsible for investigating and correcting inventory discrepancies in the assigned area.

* Responsible for performing/leading daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts for assigned areas or departments.

* Responsible for completing all assigned monthly and ADHOC training.

* Ability to identify inventory gaps (physical or systematic) and investigate root cause for assigned areas.

* Ability to perform item set up procedures in a timely manner for assigned area or department.

* Ability to perform location and product verification tasks as required for assigned area or department.

* Ability to accurately use the RFID scanner to update inventory inputs ,outputs and consumptions.

* Ability to identify and resolve potential quality issues that may impact food safety.

* Ability to lead physical and systemic end of month inventory counts for an assigned area.

* Adheres to company safety policies and/or protocols. Identifies areas of risk and reports to Supervisor/Safety Team members as necessary.

* Understand food safety requirements (allergen control & cross contamination) and handle materials accordingly.

**Who you are and why you're right for us:**

* At least 1yr experience in warehouse setting prefered.

* Ability to read and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English.

* Able to score 90% or better in the written inventory aptitude test.

* Experience with inventory management systems (i.e. NAV) preferred.

* Ability to complete Sun Basket Forklift Certification program preferred.

* Intermediate math and computer skills required.

* Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment and record keeping.

* Ability to adapt to changes in priority and deadlines.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a variety of schedules and overtime as needed.

* Ability to work independently and or in a group setting, with minimal supervision.

* Ability to work in a cold environment between 25-35 degrees.
