**Warehouse Inventory Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities:**

Establish and sustain a good working relationship with all associates and management. Communication and establishment of warehouse processes and policy to associates. Performance monitoring and evaluation based on productivity standards, with the ability to mentor and give productive feedback / solutions to others. Constantly adapting and flourishing during change.

**Operations**:

Reports directly to the warehouse manager. Delegation of daily tasks to associates from the warehouse manager. Constant communication with the warehouse manager via slack and SMS. Inbounding and storage of freight. Vehicle replenishment. Bi-weekly inventory cycle count and daily vehicle inventory cycle count. Constant and continuous operational changes. Maintaining consistent record / report of all damages and missing quantities through warehouse policy.
