We are currently seeking a **Warehouse IT Technician** to join our team of outstanding employees!

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Responsible for providing professional level hardware and software technical assistance in a fast paced warehouse environment. Responds to support requests, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions in a timely manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Current Certifications must have CompTIA A+, or CompTIA N+, or MCP

* Apple ACMT Certification is a plus

* Strong knowledge of PC/Mac environments, including: hardware, software, and printers.

* Customer oriented mindset with the ability to relay technical information into understandable terms for employees and customers.

* Some basic networking knowledge.

* Willingness to learn and follow directions from Help Desk Manager and team.

* Analyze, evaluate and prepare recommendations for system improvements, optimizations and development

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to conduct research into issues as required.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

* Strong attention to detail, along with organizational and time management skills are a must.

* After hours support/availability as required to support our global offices.

* Ability to troubleshoot Zebra printers within the Dynamics365, and Business Central environment a plus.

* Proficiency in Spanish desired but not required.

* Experience providing support in a distribution center or warehouse environment.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO**

* Provide hardware and software technical assistance for support requests related to company computer systems and peripherals in both an office and warehouse environment.

* Support Warehouse during their off-hours.

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve/escalate issues reported to the help desk.

* Monitor, manage, and document all actions and solutions into ServiceNow ITSM.

* Respond to requests via email, in person, or over the phone using remote assistance tools.

* Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.

* Install, modify, and repair RF Scanners, computer and printer hardware and software.

* Setup and configure computers and peripherals for on-boarding of new employees.

* Maintain inventory of company computer equipment, peripherals, and supplies.

* Engage third party support as needed and escalate critical issues appropriately.

* Ensure that all phases of technology support including installations, upgrades, hardware, software, peripherals, etc. are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved for the warehouse.

* Lead on site and remote technology projects.

+ Move current Warehouse to new Warehouse location.

+ Future Warehouse System upgrades and/or enhancements

+ Future Automation System Conveyance System, Putwall and/or ASRS System

* Learn Microsoft Business Central Application to support Warehouse with basic troubleshooting before escalating it to the Application support team.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT**

Associates degree and/or 2+ years of related work experience.

**BUSINESS HOURS**

Warehouse Shift Hours: Mon-Fri, 7-4 Hours may vary according to hours of warehouse schedule or workload
