Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the installation and delivery of coolers and portable air-cooled air conditioners. This position involves working in the warehouse, interacting with clients, and traveling to various locations such as retail stores, hospitals, and schools to install equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined and have a passion for customer service.ResponsibilitiesWork in the warehouse to prepare and organize coolers and air conditioning units for delivery.Drive to retail, hospital, or school locations to install and set up equipment.Interact with clients during delivery and installation to ensure a positive customer experience.Load and unload equipment from trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization.Assist with assembly and mechanical tasks related to HVAC equipment.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading.Forklift operation certification and experience.Clean driving record and ability to drive box trucks.Strong customer service skills and professionalism.Mechanically inclined with assembly experience.Experience in HVAC industry preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsDOT Physical and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) clearance.Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.Willingness to travel to assist other locations as needed.Ability to work during busy summer season and adapt to slower winter season.Why Work Here?We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth in various departments. The team is small and closely knit, supervised by a Branch Manager and a local manager. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and a polo shirt. The day shift runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm. During the busy summer season, the focus is on visiting clients, while the winter season involves organizing the warehouse.
