Warehouse - POWERMATIC Associates : Job Details

Seeking a Warehouse Operations Technician to perform a variety of duties including light manufacturing and assembly, product receiving, electronic processing, storing, packaging and shipping finished products and materials. This position requires metal working experience (specifically operating a wet saw), shipping & receiving, computer literacy including experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

More specifically, this position is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments including verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders. Process receipts in the ERP system and ensure proper labeling and storage of materials. Prepare and process outgoing shipments including picking, packing, labeling, and generating shipping documents. Coordinate with carriers to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Operate a steel cutting wet saw to cut hardened linear guiderail to specified lengths. Assemble bearing blocks and additional components onto finished-cut linear guiderails.
