Warehouse Lead - Carrington, ND - 8th Avenue Food & Provisions : Job Details

This position is responsible for coordinating and providing leadership to the warehouse staff and assisting in the daily activities. Duties and Responsibilities: - Leads the warehouse staff during shift and provide training. Oversees supplies and ensures finished goods are rotated and stored accurately - Ensures warehouse inventories of products and related supplies are maintained. Performs physical inventory assessments and verifies accuracy of received items - Works with Warehouse Manager to ensure scheduling priorities to meet customer demands - Builds DOs, ship loads in system, cut seals and seal trailers and ensures accuracy in product shipment - Maintains open communication with internal and external contacts regarding inventory of finished goods and other materials - Partners with Warehouse Manager on aspects of human resource management including: performance management, training, and coaching within company policy and regulatory compliance.
