If you are a natural leader with a passion for teamwork, organization, and providing outstanding service, this could be your perfect next step!What You'll Be Doing:As the Warehouse Lead, you will be the heart of our warehouse operations, overseeing both the team and the flow of products to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Leadership & Supervision

• Hire, train, and coach an amazing team of warehouse staff and drivers.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and celebrate wins!
• Schedule tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure everyone is set up for success.

Operational Excellence

• Keep the warehouse in tip-top shape by managing inventory, optimizing layouts, and ensuring safety standards (DOT, OSHA & Hazmat compliant).
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently-whether for deliveries, customer pickups, or inter-branch transfers.
• Oversee shipping/receiving of products and materials like a pro!

Customer-Centric Service

• Work closely with counter sales to fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles.
• Resolve issues quickly and create a smooth, positive experience every time.

Safety First

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Keep safety a top priority-report concerns and ensure compliance with all protocols.

QualificationsWhat You Need to Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/warehouse management role.
• Strong leadership skills-you can mentor, motivate, and guide a team.
• Ability to handle physical demands (lift up to 75 lbs regularly).
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts (certification is a plus!).
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
