**Job Title: Warehouse Lead****Location:** Houston, TX**Company:** Path Environmental Technology**Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Lead will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff when field personnel are scheduled to work in the Warehouse.
- Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Update and review daily maintenance logs
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Oversee company fleet maintenance (equipment/truck maintenance, inspection/registrations).
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Oversee facilities/building maintenance
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the warehouse.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications:**- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment preferred. - Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks.**Additional Notes:** - Must be able to maintain a valid DOT medical card. - Shifts are typically 8 hours per day.
