Role Overview: The Production Line Commissioning Specialist is responsible for commissioning and decommissioning production lines and equipment, with a focus on conveyor equipment modifications and pallet forming robots. This role involves rerouting case conveyors that move finished products from one location to another, regardless of brand, and ensuring efficient modifications to the end of packing lines. The specialist will also work with palletizer robots, specifically Fanuc robots, to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and decommission production lines and equipment.
• Focus on modifications to conveyor equipment, including rerouting case conveyors.
• Ensure efficient movement of finished products from one location to another.
• Collaborate on the rerouting of packing lines.
• Work with pallet forming robots, particularly Fanuc robots, to enhance production efficiency.
• Develop and implement project plans for equipment modifications.
• Manage resources to ensure project timelines are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Document all modifications and activities related to production lines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in conveyor systems.
• Experience with palletizer robots, especially Fanuc robots.
• Experience in commissioning and decommissioning production lines and equipment.

Preferred Experience:

• CPG or food experience
• Union experience
