Job Details for Warehouse Lead:

• 1st Shift 8am-4:30PM Monday - Friday
• Pay rate: $20.00-23.00
• Full time, Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities for Warehouse Lead: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring efficient product receiving, storage, and shipping, while upholding safety standards and optimizing warehouse productivity.

• Oversee receiving and checking incoming shipments Manage product storage and organization within the warehouse Coordinate outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling Ensure compliance with shipping deadlines and accuracy.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulations within the warehouse Conduct safety training for employees Investigate and report safety incidents Maintain compliance with relevant regulation
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation. Conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy Identify and address inventory discrepancies Coordinate with purchasing department to maintain stock levels

Job Requirements :

• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Efficiently plan and prioritize tasks
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management and shipping processes Identify and resolve issues related to warehouse operations
• Clearly communicate instructions and updates to staff
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Must have experience with the use of non-motorized and powered equipment Computer experience with email and MS Office Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others Effectively handle lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60 pounds frequently Frequently required to bend, twist, stoop, grip, climb or balance, reach with hands and arm
