Do you have leadership experience working in warehouses and manufacturing? Qualified Staffing is seeking a hands-on, detailed Warehouse Lead for our client in Montezuma, Ga. Hours: Shift will vary. Pay: $19/hour. Key Responsibilities:Train and support new hires and temporary associates. Enforce SOPs and escalate issues to the supervisor as needed. Ensure a safe work environment at all times. Maintain quality standards to deliver top-tier products. Assist in team development and training for critical roles. Motivate and engage associates to exceed performance goals. Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
