Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Logistics Manager at Naked Wardrobe in Calabasas, CA. The Warehouse Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating supply chain activities, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end logistics process for our wholesale operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and production, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Oversee the receiving, sorting, and storage of incoming merchandise in our warehouse.
• Perform physical labor tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy boxes, palletizing products, and operating warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and provide regular reports to the management team by utilizing NetSuite and ERP system.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to schedule and track deliveries to wholesale customers.
• Monitor and optimize logistics costs, including freight rates and warehouse expenses within NetSuite and ERP system.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
• Train and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of proven experience in wholesale logistics management, preferably in the apparel industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ability to perform physical labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and operating warehouse equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems such as NetSuite, ERP and other logistics software.
• Must be able to calculate figures and amounts.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping software required.
• Inventory experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and pays high attention to detail.
• Strong team-player, hard working and self-motivated.
• Enjoys working with others, motivating others, and maintains a positive outlook through challenges and deadlines.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
