Overview:Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist located at US Coast Guard (USCG) Base Alameda, CA in support of LOGCOM-44 Mission Essential Personnel Equipment (MEPE) Product Line (PL).What you will be doing:Verify materials against receiving documentsNote and report discrepancies and damageRoute materials to prescribed storage locationsStore, stack, or palletize materials IAW prescribed storage methodsConduct inventoriesReplenish pick areas as neededExamine stored materials for deterioration and damageProcess requests and supply ordersUpdate inventory management systemOperate various warehouse vehicles and equipment including but not limited to forklifts and hand toolsLifting up to 50lbsManage reports, forms, and inventory electronicallyMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and maintain an active Secret clearanceCertifications: Forklift 5KEducation: High School diplomaYears of Experience: 4 years of warehouse experienceAdditional Experience: US Coast Guard (USCG) or Department of Defense (DoD) logistics experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
