Warehouse Manager - $85k to $105k

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Sioux Falls. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record of managing inventory and logistics.

Pay: $85,000 – $105,000 ( Pay is based on experience )

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes.

• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and fulfillment.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
