Warehouse Manager - KeySource : Job Details

KeySource is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing Warehouse team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management, development, and training of staff.
• Compliance with DEA, OSHA, city, state, and federal regulations.
• Ordering and maintaining adequate supply of warehouse provisions.
• Investigate shortages and overages.
• Recommend and implement programs, policies, and strategies to increase production and efficient space utilization.
• Monitor productivity, and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain and coordinate communication with departments in order to properly manage inventory, ship orders, and ensure full compliance with all federal and state statutory requirements.
• Scheduling warehouse associates to ensure maximum efficiencies in completing all required receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory maintenance.
• Managing, motivating and developing warehouse associates to deliver the timely distribution and receipt of product.

Experience:

• Warehouse Management experience 5 years preferred.
• Pharmaceutical distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with DSCSA preferred.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate staff.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Highschool diploma / GED equivalent.

• Cincinnati, OH
• Monday – Friday 12:30pm – 9:30pm
