We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team. The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and safety protocols. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are stored, handled, and dispatched correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and handling of all products.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures to minimize losses and maximize warehouse efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatch of products.
  • Analyze warehouse operations and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Train and develop new staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Forklift operation certification would be an advantage.
