Job Description :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Manic Merch is looking to hire a dynamic leader capable of managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision for its Syracuse-based operations

Responsibilities include overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, including dispatching, order fulfillment, and materials management.

Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.

Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials for warehouse distribution.

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, receiving, shipping, and customer service.

Work with our in-house shop (screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment printing) to ensure projects are being produced and shipped on time.

Communicate with our partners and keep them up to date on shipment status.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage inventory
  • Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
  • Manage warehouse staff
  • Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years' of warehouse experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
