Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse / Cross Dock Manager at Ponce Ground Service, LLC in Maple Grove, MN. The Warehouse / Cross Dock Manager will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including managing Freight handling/movement, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse / cross dock management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse team and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred)
