Warehouse ManagerLindon, UTFull-timeJob Overview:As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems.Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate annual physical inventory audits.Order Fulfillment:Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill orders based on customer requirements.Monitor order status and address any issues related to order fulfillment.Shipping and Receiving:Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including carrier selection and transportation logistics.Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.Warehouse Organization:Optimize warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.Implement and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.Team Leadership:Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in warehouse operations.Implement best practices to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a medical device or healthcare-related industry.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for handling medical products is a plus.PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
