Motion Ai is seeking a highly motivated individual with warehouse and leadership experience to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment that supports both distribution customers and internal manufacturing operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and supervises 8-12 direct reports including but not limited to, hiring, training, professional development, evaluation, coaching and discipline.
- Supervises warehouse activities to facilitate the most efficient and economical use of space for storing and distributing raw material and finished products.
- Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse employees.
- Manages all inventory related functions including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, shipping, receiving, and manufacturing support.
- Develops stock location and order picking strategies to optimize work flow, space utilization and labor productivity.
- High involvement and interaction with in house MTO manufacturing department. Helps support manufacturing on daily basis by picking and staging raw material for manufacturing builds and assists support as needed.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer to both internal and external customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Minimum of three - five years of experience in warehouse management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure while ensuring that departmental metrics and industrial standards are maintained.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while understanding cross-functional department impacts.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Microsoft Dynamics GP or Epicor Prophet 21 experience a plus
COMPENSATION In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $62K - $90K annually and potential for quarterly bonus based on company performance. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
