The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to managing inventory, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a productive and safe work environment. If you have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all inventory processes, including receiving, storing, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain high product quality standards.Manage inventory issuance to production, ensuring precise and timely distribution to meet operational needs.Coach, train, and develop warehouse staff, promoting continuous improvement and setting clear productivity goals.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for employee growth and development.Develop and update work instructions, procedures, and training programs for warehouse operations.Recommend and implement equipment and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and full physical inventories to maintain accurate records.Enforce safety standards, conduct accident investigations, and ensure all personnel are certified in forklift operations.Address and resolve issues related to damaged products, shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and quality concerns.Continuously seek opportunities to optimize warehouse operations and enhance overall efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration preferred; or a minimum of 5 years of relevant warehouse management experience.Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or related environment with a strong track record in team management.Proficiency in NetSuite / RF-SMART or similar warehouse management systems with bin-level traceability and bar code scanning.Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain auto-liability insurance as per state laws.Must meet and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements.Skills/Experience:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management practices.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.Proven ability to organize teams toward achieving daily, weekly, and long-term operational goals.Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks to support warehouse operations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on warehouse operations.Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.A commitment to fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.Compensation and Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, voluntary life and A&D, holiday pay, paid time off, bi-annual performance bonus.Exempt Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 DOE#J-18808-Ljbffr
