As one of the world's largest commercial vehicle components manufacturers, Sampa Automotive depends on efficient fulfillment centers to meet customer needs. We are seeking a warehouse manager for our parts distribution center in Bufford, GA. The ideal candidate will manage all warehouse operations, ensuring quality standards are met and inventory accuracy is maintained. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee various aspects of warehouse management.

Role Objectives:

  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train the warehouse team, setting and tracking performance goals.
  • Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics to meet company standards.
  • Develop systems for product handling, storage, and shipping.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with legal and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities (quality assurance, inventory, logistics, shipping).
  • Schedule and manage warehouse staff, ensuring optimal workflow and minimal overtime.
  • Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance as needed.
  • Work with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and implement improvement plans.
  • Coordinate logistics for product transportation, ensuring timely deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience managing warehouse operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Lean operational knowledge and experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with SAP warehouse management system.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish)
  • MS excel skills: good
