Role Description

FloraFlex Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including stock control, inventory management, and optimizing workflows. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency in our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage inventory control, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure efficient use of space, equipment, and staff resources.
• Operate forklifts and train team members in safe equipment usage.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics.
• Strong skills in Stock Control, Inventory Management, and Operations Management.
• Forklift certification and operational experience.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software is a plus.
