Job Title: Warehouse Manager Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, including inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and safety compliance. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 20-50 associates, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures, compliance with safety standards, and proper timecard management.
• Implement and support employee recognition programs.
• Monitor inventory controls, materials movement, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Collaborate with management to set and meet quality control standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Partner with production management to maintain Kanban levels for materials.
• Ensure building security and loss prevention procedures are followed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of warehouse or operations experience, including supervisory roles.
• Computer skills, including ERP (NetSuite a plus) and WMS systems.
• Experience with lean principles and inventory management in an ERP environment.
• Effective communication with internal teams and shipping companies.

• Monitor inventory controls, materials movement, and conduct regular inventory counts.
