PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS OUT OF AUSTELL, GA - SOME TRAVEL REQUIRED PURPOSE : As a member of the logistics group, the Warehouse Manager-Southeast Distribution will be responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution for Southeast operations. It will include, but not limited to receipt, dispatching, picking, storage, fleet maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions of the warehouse. In addition, this role will oversee, train, and lead all assigned staff at this location. This warehouse can support inventory from all manufacturing sites across CPNA with a final delivery destination into the Southeast Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Assess the need of equipment and staffing to ensure effective loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials is adequate along with oversight of maintenance on lift equipment. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for efficiency improvements. Maintain accurate inventory of all inventory residing within the warehouse Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages. Responsible for maintaining and adhering to established Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Safety Quality Foods (SQF) compliance requirements Prepare for, and participate in all audits. Implement and oversee safety protocols for the assigned locations and staff. Maintain documentation and keeping of accurate records of warehouse activities. Drive a safety culture throughout department and support all safety initiatives All other task as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/education combination. Minimum of 5 years of related experience including people management Experience with warehouse management systems and layout design. Implementation of warehouse management systems.
