Warehouse (Material Handler) 2nd ShiftLocation : WATERVILLE, OH, United StatesJob Family : ManufacturingJob Type : RegularPosted : Sep 5, 2024Job ID : 51599Back to Search ResultsJob DescriptionApply Now >Save JobJob SavedBasic Function :Responsible for the execution of required shipping and receiving activities to meet customer requirements and internal measures.Essential Functions:Perform various warehouse duties including, but not limited to:Pulling of product per customer requirementsPreparing pulled product for shipment to the customerProcessing inbound shipments for appropriate storageCycle counting and/or physical inventoryUse of various types of equipment in the performing of these tasks, including, but not limited to:Various types of fork lifts, including those that go up to 50ft off the groundAutomated storage and retrieval systemsAutomated warehouse management systems (WMS)Use of various computer-based programs (Bill of Ladings, small package manifest, PC type applications, mainframe type applications)Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer based program(s)Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance proceduresPerform all responsibilities in a safe manner observing all safety requirementsActively support the Corporate Win StrategyPerform other related responsibilitiesSee Warehouse Physical Capacity for full requirementsParker considers this position safety-sensitive and therefore pre-employment testing for cannabis will be required as a condition of hire. The employee will be frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle product, pull or push product/equipment, reach with hands and arms, occasionally be required to bend, twist, sit and stoop. Occasionally will be required to climb (stairs and/or ladders). The employee will frequently be required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will occasionally be required to operate different forklifts from heights of up to 50ft. The employee will frequently work on or around moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
