Responsibilities:

• Managing 3-4 direct reports and fully responsible for the whole site operation.
• Fulfilment and distribution of high value products.
• Own the operational budget and lead cost-saving and performance initiatives.
• Lead internal change and team growth, 1-to-1s and continuous team coaching.
• Review current operations suggesting improvements to drive positive change across the site.

Ideal skill set we're looking for:

• 2-3+ years' experience leading warehouse & logistics operations as a warehouse supervisor, manager or operations manager. With a strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting and cost saving.
• A proven track record in strong leadership, through a mentoring & coaching approach. With a track record of driving change.
• Excellent knowledge of fleet control and logistics operations.
• Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
