REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent is required. BS/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field preferred.

4+ years of increasing experience in the warehousing, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or transportation industry.

4+ years of experience in warehouse management and supply chain management procedures and best practices.

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

4+ years of demonstrated understanding and hands-on experience with warehouse management software, inventory management, and product flow and productivity standards.

3+ years of working knowledge of ERP systems. (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Lawson, Peoplesoft, etc.)

3+ years of forklift, reach truck and order picker experience strongly preferred.

Forklift certification is required.

Able to share knowledge and skills to enhance the teams' overall productivity and effectiveness.

Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Teams, Zoom, general internet use, and Windows-based software and databases.

Must be able to accurately type between 45 and 60 WPM.
