Title:Warehouse Operator and Material HandlerLocation: Beaumont, TXDuration: 0-12+ MonthsShift: 7:00am - 3:30pmPay Rate: $25.00/Hr.Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • Coordinate receiving and distribution of incoming material, equipment, samples, drums, and cylinders
  • Order equipment and material, write purchase orders, and coordinate equipment rentals for jobs
  • Track delivery of materials
  • Unload trucks, handle packages, stock shelves and storerooms, move drums and cylinders
  • Prepare material, equipment, and samples for shipping according to regulations
  • Operate forklifts and other plant equipment
  • Provide material handling services, including handling hazardous materials, shipping/receiving, and research support
  • Maintain facilities and equipment in a safe and orderly manner
  • Work with minimal supervision while following safe work procedures
  • Primarily a day shift role with some shift work and overtime as required
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Understanding of proper packaging methods per material requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
