About the RoleImpact you will make As a Project Management Intern on the Customer Onboarding team at FinThrive, you will play a key role in the onboarding process by supporting the team in streamlining operations and improving the customer experience. Your efforts in managing, reporting, and analyzing project data will enhance operational efficiency and directly contribute to the successful onboarding of customers.What you will do
  • Conduct reviews of project timelines and statuses, working closely with managers to address any discrepancies and ensure all projects are on track.
  • Produce regular reports that analyze project outcomes, identifying and reporting on any variations from expected timelines and deliverables.
  • Create and manage detailed project tracking reports, utilizing project management tools to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and updates.
  • Monitor project status reports to identify and rectify any projects that are on hold, ensuring accurate and current project data.
  • Assist managers and the director with daily project management tasks, helping to coordinate efforts across the portfolio of projects.
  • Travel required: minimal, limited to a 4-day in-person orientation at FinThrive headquarters in Plano, TX.

  • Foundational project management skills, with a keen ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Excel, demonstrating strong capabilities in data management and report generation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of project tracking and reporting.
