Warehouse / Parts Delivery Representative (Full-time) - MIghty Auto Parts : Job Details

**Mighty Auto Parts, a national distributor of quality automotive aftermarket parts, supplies, chemicals and equipment, has a full-time opening for Warehouse/Parts Delivery representative based in Peachtree Corners, GA. This position is eligible for all benefits, medical, dental, life, vacation, sick and holiday pay.**

**General Responsibilities/Job Summary**

**Parts Delivery**: Primary responsibilities are delivery of products and stocking of customers shelves and organize the customers shelves to ensure the inventory is maintained in a neat and orderly manner. Assists Sales Representatives with stock changeovers and inventory updates, as needed.

**Warehouse**: As secondary to delivery when needed you will receive incoming shipments from Mightys suppliers and restock the warehouse shelves, prepare and route ongoing products for shipment. Assemble and disassemble shelving units on an as needed basis. Climb ladders and utilize the forklift and pallet jack regularly in the warehouse. This position verifies the accuracy of the inbound shipments, and processes the customer stock orders for delivery by the Service Representatives to customers. Occasionally, pick up products directly from local vendors.

**Essential Functions**

* Coordinate and verify transportation and shipping documentation.

* Verify items picked from specified location against item description and selling increment.

* Examine packaging of items for damage and/or physical defects.

* Verify and note order discrepancies on related documents

* Maintain accurate recordkeeping of all related functions

* Maintenance of picking primes, including but not limited to stocking, cleaning, moving and housekeeping of designated aisles.

* Backup of other positions as needed within the department.

* Work closely with all Departments regarding distribution activities, as needed

**Requirements**

* Good communication skills

* Must be punctual and dependable with a professional attitude and appearance

* Ability to use and maintain both manual and powered equipment necessary to pick and package order contents.

* Valid drivers license with a good driving history

* Must be at least 21 years of age

* Ability to regularly lift, and/or move up to 50+ pounds
