Warehouse Production Worker – Weekly Pay – Unlimited OT!Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sheldon, Iowa. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.Location: Sheldon, IowaPay Rate: $19 to $20 per hour ( Based on experience)Shift: Monday – Friday (11pm – 7am) 20 Hours OT Available Every Week!!!Key Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.Open bales, crates, and other containers.Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.Assist in counting of physical inventory.Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Life InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition ReimbursementWellness ProgramsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous warehouse experience is preferred.Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.Basic computer skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
