**Job Description**

The Warehouse/Receiving Supervisor is responsible for the overall control & movement of materials through receiving and warehouse operations. The Warehouse/Receiving Supervisor will also be responsible for inventory and receiving control processes and procedures, warehousing.

* Provide leadership and direction to materials organization. (Warehouse and Receiving Organization)

* Ensure adherence to inventory compliance, receiving, and shipping policies and procedures.

* Committed to real-time inventory accuracy on a continual basis.

* Continually improve performance and service to manufacturing and attain business goals.

* Support flexible manufacturing methods.

* Develop methods and policies that contribute to the most efficient, safe and economical movement of materials throughout manufacturing.

* Evaluate Epicor ERP System for enhancements to process and tools.

* Plan and organize material handling/warehouse functions to best utilize resources.

* Assess training needs and drive for continuous skill improvement in the department.

* Provide input to planning/manufacturing set up on kit availability and problems.

* Collaborate with Purchasing to continually improve supply chain management.

* Develop and present monthly metrics.

* Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

* 5+ years previous supervisory experience.

* Demonstrated people leadership and communication skills.

* Knowledge of lean and Theory of Constraints manufacturing processes.

* Microsoft Office Suite skills with Excel and Word high level capable.

* Epicor 10 ERP Systems knowledge and experience a plus.

* APICS certification a plus.

* US Citizenship required.
