About the Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily tasks, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Pay Rate: $24.50/hourAvailable Shift Times:
  • Tuesday – Saturday, 8am – 4:30pm with OT schedule @ 7am-5:30pm
  • Sunday - Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm with OT schedule @ 7am-5:30pm
  • Friday-Tuesday, 8am – 4:30pm with OT schedule @ 7am-5:30pm
  • Tuesday – Saturday, 8pm – 4:30am with OT schedule @ 8pm-6:30am
  • Sunday - Thursday, 8pm – 4:30am with OT schedule @ 8pm-6:30am
  • Friday-Tuesday, 8pm – 4:30am with OT schedule @ 8pm-6:30am
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct the activities of a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance productivity.
  • Train and develop warehouse associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and attendance.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize warehouse operations and achieve productivity goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team of associates.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 49 pounds
  • Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
