Job Type Full-time Description This position will coordinate the daily activities of our warehouse department and ensure that the flow of product to our customers is not interrupted. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure safety is kept at the forefront, monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments, and organize all warehouse personnel activities. The coordinator will work closely with production managers and the logistic coordinator to ensure on time shipments. The coordinator will also operate as the backup to the logistics coordinator and will be a direct liaison for our 3rd party logistics provider. This person will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a Warehouse plan of action to meet safety and shipping goals. Position will ensure a safe and secure environment for all members by heightening safety awareness through training, the application of safe working techniques, and housekeeping practices. Will review performance of members and use excellent interpersonal skills to coach, teach and motivate members. This position will report directly to the General Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of degree, must have at least three years of supervisory experience in a high-speed automated manufacturing facility. Must have mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills and have good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with shipping and warehousing procedures is a must.
