With our passion, creativity, and innovation, We capture what moves . We have an immediate opening at our Lebanon, Ohio facility for an experienced Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to join our team! The Warehouse Shipping Coordinator will be involved in multiple tasks associated with logistics including but not limited to all functions of daily shipments, and communication between, logistics team, production, QC, Sales, and Customers to effectively meet daily shipping requirements. This position interacts with Customer Service, Quality, Planning, Regulatory, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, and external Carriers and Auditors. KEY COMPETENCIES: Analytical Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Mathematical Skills including Weights and Conversions, Understanding of Supply Chain Activities, and Strong Computer Skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, food & flavor regulations (kosher), and documentation requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
- Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery
- Communicate effectively and consistently with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Planning and Carriers.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and customers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Check in drivers upon arrival verifying proper pick-up and delivery of all shipments.
- Proactively identify and resolve any shipping-related problems or discrepancies.
- Coordinate and book freight accordingly for daily shipments.
- Identifying proper shipping volumes between LTL and FTL freight when scheduling freight.
- Confirm inventory production is availability for daily shipments.
- Responsible for assigning inventory to proper shipments.
- Other duties in support of company objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of shipping experience preferred.
- Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. (Training will be provided)
- Flavor industry desired.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office especially excel, and ERP systems required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
