Warehouse Specialist ahhDuties and Responsibilities:1. Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system2. Locating, picking, checking, staging, assembling, packaging, labeling, palletizing and preparing customer orders for shipment3. Preparing and routing domestic and international shipments4. Receiving all incoming materials5. Performing quality inspection upon receipt of material6. Checking condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list, noting discrepancies7. Determining method of shipment by examining items to be shipped, destination, route, rate, and time of shipment. Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL a plus8. Scanning, digitizing, and attaching related documents to inventory control management system9. Material handling duties as directed10. Cycle counting and matching the physical inventory with the inventory data in the systemRequirements:1. Basic computer knowledge2. Positive attitude and attention to detail3. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds4. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressureTraining:•Pentagon Basics•Export & ITAR compliance•Receiving (Receiving Inspection Only Approval on Inspection Roster)•Shipping (Shipping Inspection Only Approval on Inspection Roster)•Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes OMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH's, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP's, AD's, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology.•90 Day Probation OJT (Includes ,Return Material Authorization (RMA), Warehouse Transfers, Parts and Warehousing)•Forklift certification•Hazmat Training (Inspection Only approval on Inspection Roster)
