CSA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to provide warehousing, inventory, and logistics support for our Navy client in Pensacola, FL. How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

    • Compile and maintain inventory and status information for material & parts inventory, to expedite movement between storage warehouse and production areas according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities
    • Read production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority for NETC Training Delivery Services
    • Locate and distribute materials to specified production areas, manually or using hand cart, hand truck, or forklift
    • Maintain perpetual inventory of quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed, manually or using computer inventory programs
    • Maintain records, such as material inventory records, and production records, either manually or using computer (Excel, CMPro, Navy ERP)
    • Examine received material, verify part numbers, and check for discrepancies, such as damaged or unmarked parts
    • Compare work ticket specifications to material used at workstations to verify appropriate assignment
    • Generate shipping documents, package and box material correctly for shipping request
    • Process obsolete material through the DoD decommission procedure
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Clearance: At a minimum, Interim Secret clearance is required prior to start date
    • Four (4) years of general experience including, IT Supply/Logistics, Customer Service, Production Data Entry, Computer Operations
    • Three (3) years of recent, relevant professional experience providing warehousing, inventory, and logistics support in a U.S. Navy/DOD environment
    • Experience using forklifts and associated warehousing equipment
    • Familiarity with DoD supply systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and guidelines
    • Experience with shipping and receiving materials and components
    • Proficiency with common productivity software including Microsoft Office
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Essential functions typically include (but are not limited to): balancing, typing, kneeling, lifting, reaching, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, vision, and walking
    • Essential functions include physical labor in a warehouse environment, including moving/transporting property and equipment weighing up to 70 lbs
    • Valid U.S. Driver's License
    • IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level
What Sets You Apart:
    • Technical or military school diploma/certification in a related field
    • Forklift operator's certification
    • Experience conducting inventory audits
    • Experience using Navy ERP or the Material Management Tracking System (MMTS)
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
